We are looking for a high-impact Digital Marketing leader with end-to-end P&L ownership for a fast-growing D2C business. This role will drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition across digital channels while owning business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong marketing fundamentals, sharp commercial acumen, and hands-on D2C experience, with the ability to scale brands profitably.
The incumbent should be a 2 year full time MBA from one of the tier 1 institute i.e. IIM's, FMS Delhi , MDI, SPJIMR Mumbai, XLRI, NMIMS, Jamnalal Bajaj, SCMHRD Pune, ISB Hyderabad, IIFT Delhi, SIBM Pune, SJMSOM IIT Bombay etc from the passout batch of 2017 / 2018 / 2019.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L responsibility for the D2C business, including revenue, margins, CAC, and profitability
- Drive topline growth while optimizing contribution margins and marketing ROI
- Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership on forecasting and business planning
- Lead performance marketing across paid media, organic, CRM, retention, and growth levers
- Own customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, repeat rates, and LTV optimization
- Scale digital channels with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CVR, and cohort performance
- Build and execute D2C growth strategy across website, app, and digital touchpoints
- Own campaign planning, launches, promotions, and demand generation initiatives
- Drive data-led decision-making using analytics and dashboards
- Lead and mentor high-performing digital and growth teams
- Manage external agencies, performance partners, and tech vendors
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and Customer Experience teams
