Digital Marketing Lead


Exp : 8 - 12 years


Location : Hyderabad (Work from office)


Job Responsibilities :


- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.


- Monitor website performance, search engine rankings, and organic traffic using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.


- Managing profiles and pages on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other community sites.


- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).


- Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc).


- Proven Experience with Reporting Tools (Looker Studio)


- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on those insights.


- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.


- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.


- Experience of working in a digital marketing agency.


- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.


- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.


- Working knowledge of WordPress development and constraints is a plus.


Skills :


- Proven experience in the B2B industry.


- Social and Digital Media campaign strategy and execution.


- Ability to conduct webinars.


- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.


- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.


- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


- Stay updated on SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends through

continuous learning and research.


- Ability to run PPC ads, set up and run marketing campaigns on digital marketing tools.


- Ability to plan and execute marketing activities with timelines.
