Position Objectives:
- Own our full-funnel digital marketing strategy across all key channels including search engines, display, social media, affiliates, strategic partnerships, affiliates, email etc.
- Manage, and analyze digital marketing awareness and performance led campaigns, own performance targets, and work cross functionally to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions as well as our CAC & SEO rankings.
- KPI: Traffic, Leads, Click through rate, Conversion rate, Customer Acquisition Cost, SEO Ranking Indicative
Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
- Create and oversee engaging content that informs potential customers appropriately.
- Optimize the company website for search engines and manage campaigns to increase visibility and attract targeted traffic.
- Optimize the customer journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to conversion.
- Lead social media initiatives to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive traffic
- Optimize paid marketing mix for ROI, CAC, and quality traffic
- Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, educate customers, and promote special offers.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess customer behaviour, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product, brand, and partnership/commercial teams towards a common goal.
- Use marketing automation and attribution tools for reporting and optimization.
- Oversee agency/freelancer output for performance, SEO, and creative work (as applicable).
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation (in phase 2).

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns; Experience in paid advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic, leads and conversions.
- Optimize websites and content for search engines to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Develop and manage engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email
- Knowledge on tools like Google analytics, Marketo, Mixpanel, SEMrush, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Ahrefs and Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with a creative edge to test growth levers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience managing teams or vendors across SEO, performance, and analytics

Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing or business or a related field; Post Graduation from a premier business institute preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency, FMCG, BFSI or D2C Tech sectors.
