- We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to own and execute our overall digital marketing strategy.
- The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and highly experienced in managing high-performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels-SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, and content.
- This role will play a critical part in scaling brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall digital marketing roadmap aligned with business and revenue goals
- Manage and mentor a team of specialists in SEO, performance marketing, social media, and content
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities
- Oversee digital marketing budgets and ROI analysis for maximum impact
- Plan and execute performance campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms
- Track and improve key KPIs like CAC, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Optimize funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRM insights
- Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality, SEO-optimized content across blogs, landing pages, and campaigns
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings
- Implement and manage content calendars, guest posts, and backlink building
- Develop and manage the brand's presence across social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Coordinate brand storytelling and community engagement campaigns
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
- Build automated email campaigns, nurture flows, and retargeting strategies
- Leverage CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. ) to segment audiences and personalize communications
- Monitor lead lifecycle and drive MQL/SQL conversions
- Create and maintain real-time dashboards and regular performance reports
- Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments to improve campaign effectiveness
- Use insights to iterate and scale successful initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Proven track record in managing large-scale paid campaigns and content strategies
- Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs
