Lead - Digital Insurance & Revenue

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end setup and operationalization of insurance.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance to ensure smooth vertical integration.

- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

- Drive business development initiatives to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Implement processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.

- Prepare and present progress to senior management regularly.

- Manage a team and coordinate with internal and external resources to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance sector.

- Strong understanding of BFSI products and regulatory environment.

- Proven track record of managing business verticals or P&L responsibility.

- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external partners.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-driven with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
