Lead Designer - Workplace Interiors

Description:

We are seeking a talented Lead Designer - Workplace to join our design studio. The role involves developing design concepts for corporate interior projects and leading presentations, pitches, and design coordination from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create design solutions aligned with project programs and budgets

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously; provide pre-design services such as feasibility studies

- Guide the design development process from phase to phase without compromising quality, budget, or timelines

- Lead project meetings, client presentations, and design reviews

- Manage design documentation, quality checks, and delivery schedules

- Coordinate with project stakeholders across teams

- Travel for client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required

What We Expect:

- 10+ years of experience in workplace/corporate interior design

- Strong design sensibility and technical capability to drive projects end-to-end

- Team leadership, multitasking, and organisational skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
