Lead - Debt Fund Raising - CA

Role Overview

This role will own end-to-end debt fund-raising and lender management. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to raise capital efficiently, optimize cost of funds, and support business expansion.

Job Description

- Own and drive debt fund-raising (working capital, term loans, NBFC funding, venture debt)

- Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and alternative lenders

- Prepare financial models, projections, and lender decks

- Lead end-to-end deal execution - from sourcing to disbursement

- Negotiate commercial terms, covenants, and structures

- Manage due diligence, documentation, and compliance

- Track loan utilization and ensure timely repayments

- Work closely with founders on funding strategy and capital planning

- Continuously explore ways to optimize cost of capital

What We're Looking For

- CA / MBA (Finance) or relevant background

- 8-12 years of experience in debt fund-raising / corporate finance / banking

- Strong network across banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders

- Ability to work independently in a high-ownership role

- Strong skills in financial modelling and negotiations

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

Good to Have

- Experience in startups / fintech / high-growth companies

- Exposure to venture debt or structured finance
