About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Science Leader with strong expertise in Banking and Debt Collections. You will build predictive models, develop analytical frameworks, and use advanced AI/ML techniques to optimize collection strategies, customer segmentation, and recovery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and deploy collection models (roll-rate, cure-rate, propensity-to-pay, NBA).

- Develop segmentation, dashboards, and performance metrics for collections.

- Apply advanced analytics and ML (NLP, prescriptive analytics, reinforcement learning).

- Partner with risk, strategy, and operations teams to drive data-driven decisions.

- Ensure data integrity, strong pipelines, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors/Masters from a Tier-1 institution.

- 6- 12 years of experience in data science/analytics in BFSI or FinTech.
