Key Responsibilities: - Build and deploy collection models (roll-rate, cure-rate, propensity-to-pay, NBA). - Develop segmentation, dashboards, and performance metrics for collections. - Apply advanced analytics and ML (NLP, prescriptive analytics, reinforcement learning). - Partner with risk, strategy, and operations teams to drive data-driven decisions. - Ensure data integrity, strong pipelines, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters from a Tier-1 institution. - 6- 12 years of experience in data science/analytics in BFSI or FinTech. - Strong experience in collections analytics, credit/risk models, or segmentation. - Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, ML frameworks, and BI tools. - Experience working with global banks.
