The Data Operations Lead is responsible for executing data analysis, developing queries, and supporting data-driven initiatives across prospect, customer, and internal projects. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and organization of data to enable effective reporting and insights. The specialist works with complex data sets, implements efficient processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize data utilization across the organization
What Youll Be Doing:
- Execute data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery activities to support business and customer initiatives.
- Monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to support data integration, automation, and process scalability.
- Partner with Product and Business teams to understand data requirements and deliver datasets that meet business objectives.
- Apply data tools, QA methods, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards across data pipelines and workflows.
- Support vendor-related data operations, including validation and integration of external data sources or enrichment platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus.
- Must be capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient and reliable software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry.
- Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.
