Eligibility
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Prior experience of setting up BI system for a consumer facing brand a strong plus point.
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Must be a strategic thinker with a hands on experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead the transformation to data-driven culture in the organization.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the data warehouse and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure data quality, availability, and scalability.
- Translate complex data into easy-to-understand narratives for stakeholders.
- Design and deliver key dashboards, reports, and predictive models for business performance, customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and more.
- Use advanced analytics to drive business outcomes like increased bookings, customer retention, and optimized pricing.
