- Strategic support and analysis: Assess the operational health of the KYC function, conduct cost analysis, and analyse operational and quality metrics to understand customer-experience impact.

- Performance tracking and initiative optimisation: Monitor strategic initiatives, identify optimisation opportunities, and improve operational outcomes.

- KPI implementation and target setting: Lead development of the operations KPI tree and target-setting framework, integrating them into reporting pipelines and strategic operations.

- Strong quantitative and statistical foundation, including probability, hypothesis testing, regression, time-series analysis, and model/trade-off thinking.

- Experience in operational analytics, such as efficiency analysis, cost modelling, performance measurement, or process optimisation.

- Ability to treat data as infrastructure, designing reusable, high-quality assets for dashboards, other teams, and automated systems.

- Advanced SQL skills, including experience with complex data models; familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.

- Advanced analytical skills in Python or R.

- Strong data storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to proactively guide strategy through insights.

- Experience with visualisation tools such as Looker, Superset, or Tableau.

- Bias for action, end-to-end project ownership, independent judgement, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
