Data Analytics & Reporting
- Create comparative dashboards and reports for fund performance, drawdowns, alpha generation, and risk metrics.
- Collaborate with the Product and Advisory teams to identify data-led insights.
- Maintain and enhance internal research databases - ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
- Analyse data from CRM, product, and sales platforms to generate insights that drive business growth.
- Assist leadership with ad hoc reports, investment performance insights, and competitor Benchmarking.
- Use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on partner onboarding performance and process metrics.
- Build dashboards & data visualizations to monitor KPIs (TAT, success rate, errors, etc.).
- Perform root-cause analysis
About the job:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI (or similar BI tools) for data visualization and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong process discipline.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- 4+years of experience in an analyst role
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in data analytics, Excel, etc., who can work on analysing various kinds of data,
- including AUM, Fund flows, performance analysis, Finance metrics, etc.
- Excellent communication skills - able to turn numbers into clear stories
