Lead - Customer Excellence (Logistics & Supply Chain)
A high-growth logistics tech startup is seeking a Lead - Customer Experience (CX) to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives focused on customer growth, retention, and revenue expansion. The role offers high visibility and close collaboration with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic CX and customer lifecycle programs to drive retention, expansion, and service adoption
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and regional teams for execution
- Design and monitor customer health frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to proactively manage churn
- Identify growth and retention challenges using data-led and structured problem-solving approaches
- Track industry trends and present insights to leadership for decision-making
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, with exposure to CX, program management, or strategic roles
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and execution capabilities
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills and a high ownership mindset
