Job Description:

- Senior-level Credit & Risk Lead to head the Centre of Excellence for a fast-growing marketplace business.

- The role involves managing a large unsecured lending portfolio focused on MSMEs, with disbursements exceeding - 50 crores monthly.

- Responsibilities include credit assessment, portfolio and risk management, policy development, and leading a 10-15 member team.

- The position demands strong analytical expertise and deep experience in unsecured MSME lending, preferably from NBFCs or microfinance backgrounds.
