Our client is a large, reputed consumer-facing organisation with a strong panIndia retail footprint. The business is investing aggressively in premiumisation, highvalue jewellery, and differentiated customer experience, making capability building a critical business lever.

What You'll Own:


This is a business-critical learning leadership role, focused on building deep product mastery, premium selling capability, and service excellence across a national jewellery retail network.

Jewellery Capability:


- Own end-to-end capability building for retail teams across company-owned and partner outlets.

- Lead structured learning for Diamonds, Solitaires, Studded & HighValue Jewellery.

- Partner with external certification bodies to drive technical credibility and mastery.

- Align training outcomes with business metrics like conversion, ASP, ticket size, and category mix.

Learning Strategy & Content Leadership:


- Design scalable learning journeys from onboarding to mastery.

- Create content across product knowledge, premium selling, service excellence, grooming, and people skills.

- Drive annual training calendars aligned to launches and business priorities.

Service Excellence & Retail Leadership:


- Enable consistent customer experience and trustbased selling across stores.

- Build Store Manager capability in customer experience leadership and people management.

Trainer Ecosystem & Digital Enablement:


- Lead and develop a blended onroll / offroll trainer ecosystem.

- Drive LMS adoption, learning analytics, and techenabled scale.

- Track training impact through dashboards, MIS, and leadership reviews.

Senior Stakeholder & Franchise Engagement:


- Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, Regional Business Heads, and franchise partners.

- Travel extensively to understand ground challenges and reinforce training impact.

MUST:


- 10-15 years of experience across Retail Operations, Sales, HR, or Training, with strong exposure to capability building.

- Exposure to jewellery, luxury, or highinvolvement retail is a strong advantage.

- Should have managed 20+ trainers PAN India.

- Candidates with past stints in jewellery sector across Retail Operations, Sales & Marketing, or Human Resources with training experience can also apply.
