Lead - Corporate Strategy - BFS

Role Overview :

As a Lead - Strategy, you will be at the forefront of shaping our company's future direction. Your day-to-day will involve conducting in-depth market research, performing rigorous competitive analysis, and developing strategic recommendations to drive growth and improve profitability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our business outcomes, enabling us to better serve our customers and achieve our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities for the organization.

- Perform rigorous competitive analysis to understand the competitive landscape, identify threats and opportunities, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management, based on data-driven insights and sound business judgment, to inform key decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives, driving measurable results and achieving business objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes.

- Support the development of long-term strategic plans, working closely with senior leadership to define the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis, extracting actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing corporate strategies that drive growth and improve profitability.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear, concise recommendations.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

- Adaptable to a hybrid work environment based in Gurgaon/Gurugram, Delhi NCR.
