Job Title: Lead Corporate Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Corporate Sales to own and drive the regional charter for a fast-growing B2B2C business. This is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for acquiring, managing, and scaling corporate partnerships.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR, Finance, Rewards, and Admin leaders, enabling organizations to offer differentiated financial wellness and investment solutions to their employees. The role requires strong enterprise sales capability, consultative selling skills, and end-to-end ownership of relationships - focused on driving employee adoption, engagement, and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate accounts across mid-to-large enterprises

- Pitch and position the companys financial wellness and investment solutions as part of employee benefit programs

- Build strong entry points with HR, Rewards, Admin, and Finance stakeholders

- Own the onboarding journey and ensure seamless implementation across client organizations

2. Strategic Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate accounts

- Develop and execute long-term engagement strategies tailored to each client

- Drive client satisfaction, renewals, referrals, and long-term partnerships

- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions with client objectives

3. Employee Engagement & Product Activation

- Partner with marketing and product teams to design high-impact employee engagement initiatives

- Deliver in-person sessions, virtual webinars, and financial wellness programs

- Drive awareness, adoption, and usage of products across employee cohorts

- Track, analyze, and optimize activation and engagement metrics

4. Revenue & Growth Ownership

- Own revenue, usage, and growth targets for assigned corporate accounts

- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients

- Drive retention through continuous value delivery and performance tracking

- Build predictable pipelines and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B2C / institutional / enterprise sales

- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across large organizations

- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills

- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a growth environment

- Prior experience in fintech, investments, insurance, lending, or financial wellness is strongly preferred

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
