Job Title: Lead - Corporate Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Corporate Sales to drive regional growth for a fast-scaling B2B2C business. This strategic role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate partnerships while serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Rewards functions. The role requires strong enterprise sales expertise, end-to-end account ownership, and the ability to drive employee engagement, product adoption, and long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Acquisition & Onboarding:

- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients

- Position the companys financial wellness and investment solutions as part of employee benefit programs

- Build strong relationships with HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance stakeholders

2. Strategic Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts

- Develop and execute long-term engagement strategies tailored to each client

- Ensure high client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals

3. Employee Engagement & Product Activation:

- Partner with marketing and product teams to plan employee engagement initiatives

- Conduct in-person sessions, virtual webinars, and financial wellness workshops

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize employee adoption and activation metrics

4. Revenue & Growth Ownership:

- Own product usage, revenue, and growth targets across accounts

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients

- Drive retention through continuous value delivery and relationship strengthening

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B2C or institutional sales with strong relationship management skills

- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizations

- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities

- Self-driven professional with a growth mindset and ownership approach

- Prior experience in financial products (investments, insurance, lending, or financial wellness) is preferred
