Role Purpose

The Head of C&IB Operations is responsible for leading and transforming end-to-end operations supporting Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Markets, and Transaction Banking. The role ensures operational excellence, risk & control integrity, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and scalable growth while delivering superior client and stakeholder outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership:

- Own and execute the C&IB Operations strategy, aligned with business growth, risk appetite, and regulatory expectations.

- Act as a strategic partner to C&IB business heads, enabling front-to-back efficiency and scalable operating models.

- Lead large, multi-location teams across onboarding, KYC, credit operations, trade finance, payments, markets operations, and middle/back office functions.

- Build strong leadership bench strength, succession planning, and a high-performance culture.
