Position Title: Lead - Corporate HR

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Reporting To: Managing Director / Executive Director

Role Type: Enterprise Head of HR

Organization Overview:



Gujarat government-promoted organization with multi-site operations and 500+ headcount.

Role Overview:



This is a strategic HR leadership position responsible for driving the people agenda across all plants, sites, and corporate offices. The role ensures organizational effectiveness, industrial harmony, compliance excellence, leadership development, and workforce productivity aligned with PSU governance and power sector operating realities.

Key Responsibilities:



- Lead enterprise HR strategy, advise leadership, and drive transformation.



- Manage industrial relations, unions, and contract labor compliance.



- Build leadership pipelines and performance frameworks.



- Oversee compensation, policy, governance, and statutory compliance.



- Standardize HR operations, digitize systems, and enhance employee experience.



- Foster a safety-first, high-trust culture and strengthen engagement, welfare, and communication across a multi-site workforce.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:


- 20+ years in Human Resources.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 8- 10 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles.

- We prefer experience in PSU, power, energy, manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry.

- Experience in organizations with 500+ crore turnover is preferred.

- Proven experience managing a multi-location industrial workforce.

Education:


- MSW / MHRM / MRPM / MLW / MBA (HR) - Full-time from a reputed university.

- LLB / DLB preferred.

- Strategic workforce planning



- Leadership development & organizational design



- Contract labour & large workforce management



- Change management & HR transformation



- Stakeholder & union negotiation skills

Additional Preferences:



- Familiarity with Gujarati language (preferred)



- Experience managing mining or power plant workforce (advantageous)
