Job Title: Lead - Core IT Applications (Collections Systems - Indus/Finnone)

Education: B Tech / BE / MCA or equivalent

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end ownership, enhancement, and transformation of the NBFC Collections Technology ecosystem, including Indus Collections Platform, FinnOne Collx (Web & Mobile), Central Bidding Module (CBM), and integrations with LMS/LOS and digital channels. Drive automation and AI-led initiatives to improve collections efficiency, productivity, compliance, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage Indus, FinnOne Collx, Collx Mobile App, and CBM platforms.

- Ensure scalability and stability of large-scale field mobility systems (15,000+ FOS, 10+ lakh receipts/month).

- Lead platform enhancements, roadmap planning, RCA, and system integrations (LMS/LOS, payments, UPI/IMPS, mobility apps).

- Drive functional leadership across field, tele-calling, legal, repo, auction, digital dunning, and agency management processes.

- Identify and implement AI/ML use cases across the collections lifecycle in collaboration with analytics and vendors.

- Act as SPOC for business, risk, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders.

- Lead large programs, manage vendors and teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Skills & Experience:

- 10-20 years of IT experience in BFSI/NBFC; 5+ years in collections system ownership.

- Strong expertise in NBFC collections processes and platforms (Indus, FinnOne Collx, CBM).

- Experience building or transforming collections systems at scale.

- Technical proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL, Oracle/MySQL; understanding of Java/J2EE, APIs, and mobility architecture.

- Exposure to AI-driven collections workflows and analytics.
