Lead - Control Assurance - Data Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Execute end-to-end control testing (design & operating effectiveness) across key risk areas, ensuring alignment with internal control frameworks and regulatory standards.

- Leverage data analytics (SQL/Python/BI tools) to enhance control assurance, identify anomalies, and improve testing efficiency.

- Develop and implement risk-based test plans, prioritizing controls based on business impact, regulatory exposure, and operational risk.

- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization of testing methodologies, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies.

Skills Required:

- Hands-on proficiency in data analytics tools - SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx (or similar).

- Strong expertise in Risk & Controls / Internal Audit / Control Testing (Design & Operating Effectiveness).
