Lead Consultant - Recruitment Practice - Middle East

- An exciting opportunity to set up and lead a specialist recruitment practice in the GCC region. You'll drive senior hiring mandates across Law Firms, Tax, Finance, and In-House Legal, while building and expanding a new office in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow and manage client relationships across GCC.

- Lead end-to-end specialist hiring mandates.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (CEOs, CFOs, CLOs, Partners).

- Shape the vision and growth plan for the Dubai office.

Who Should Apply:

- 4+ years in recruitment, sales, or professional services (Middle East exposure preferred).

- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build from scratch.

- Bonus: Proficiency in Arabic.
