Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon (Delhi NCR)

Shift: Day (Should be flexible based on business need)

Travel: Open to domestic & international travel at short notice

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Presales Efforts:

- Participate in scope definition, due diligence workshops, orals, and proposal defense meetings

Solutioning:

- Design BPM solutions tailored to client needs in Capital Markets operations including Asset Management, Wealth Management, Brokerage, Custody, or Private Equity domains

Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, account, and delivery teams to develop client-centric proposals

Go-To-Market (GTM):

- Develop and execute GTM strategies with global sales teams; support proactive proposal development

Thought Leadership:

- Create industry whitepapers, Points of View (PoV), and solution collaterals to support business development

Mentoring:

- Train and mentor junior team members to build solutioning capabilities

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Technology

- MBA from a reputed institute is preferred

Experience:

- 12+ years of Capital Markets operations experience

- Minimum 2 years in a Pre-Sales or Solution Design role

- Domain SME or consulting background preferred

Domain & Technical Skills Required:

- Capital Markets Value Chain & Asset Classes

- Security & Trade Lifecycle

- Client Onboarding, KYC, and Data Management

- Trade Management (Front/Middle/Back Office)

- Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, Payments

- Regulatory, Shareholder & Financial Reporting

- Workflow automation, RPA, IDP, Gen AI

- Knowledge of capital market platforms and tools

- Awareness of industry trends and digital transformation

Other Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong analytical, relationship management, and collaboration skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

- Passport with valid US visa is preferred
