We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join our team as a Presales Lead focused on supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in supply chain management, particularly in leading Planning functions, combined with strong client-facing and solutioning capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to drive tailored solution development and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales engagements for supply chain-focused solutions, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, particularly around planning and operations, and design solutions that address their specific needs.
- Own the creation and delivery of persuasive presentations, product demos, solution overviews, and technical proposals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, technical, and delivery teams to build and position customized solutions.
- Develop reusable presales assets including templates, case studies, and ROI models.
- Coach and mentor junior presales or client engagement team members.
- Participate in and lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, technical documentation, and pricing strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in supply chain and planning.
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in Planning within the supply chain domain.
- Demonstrated success in a presales or solution consulting role, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital supply chain platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Comfortable working in high-stakes, client-facing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Nice to Have:
- 4+ years of experience in the supply chain analytics domain, with at least 3 years in pre-sales and solutioning roles.
- Experience working with leading supply chain software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, Oracle SCM) or consulting experience Would be an added advantage
- Multilingual communication abilities.
- Exposure to international client engagements or global supply chain projects.
