Lead - Connected Mobility Solutions

Description:

- The Lead - Connected Mobility Solutions will spearhead initiatives in connected vehicles, smart mobility, and digital ecosystems, driving innovation across the automotive value chain. This role bridges technology, strategy, and customer experience, positioning the GCC as a global hub for automotive innovation and transformation. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to design scalable solutions that enhance mobility, sustainability, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Drive strategy and execution of connected mobility programs (IoT, telematics, smart mobility).

- Collaborate with global HQ and R&D teams to design scalable digital solutions.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects in EV, autonomous, and connected vehicle domains.

- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and compliance-ready reporting for mobility initiatives.

- Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to enhance customer experience.

- Benchmark global automotive trends and integrate best practices into GCC operations.

- Mentor and develop talent pipelines for future leadership in digital mobility.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM

- 8 - 12 years of experience in automotive, digital mobility, or consulting.

- Proven track record in leading connected vehicle or IoT programs.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
