Key Responsibilities: 1. To develop, implement, monitor, and maintain compliance policies, controls, and procedures w.r.t. Customer Centricity, Branch and Training. 2. Critical analysis of all Customer Complaints/Queries/Requests and help the function to plug the gaps after getting the root cause analysis done so that the Regulatory Compliance risk is taken care of all the time. 3. Analyze compliance requirements for New Product Approvals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders in ensuring controls are established right from the beginning to mitigate compliance risk. 4. Ensure policies and procedures comply with the regulationsto FPC guidelines, associated with Retail and Corporate Lending on a continual basis including our website. 5. Conduct Compliance monitoring through KCI and compliance assurance testing on an ongoing basis. 6. To serve as primary point of contact for regulatory audits and queries w.r.t. Customer Centricity. 7. Ensuring compliance with the code of conduct in addition to all other regulatory requirements w.r.t. Branch and employee health and safety. Education: - BCom/BA in law/CA/CS/MBA finance, business administration or related field. - Wide experience in Customer Servicing of a large NBFC/Bank preferred. - A Certified compliance professional is a plus.
