Key Accountabilities : - Provide thought leadership and bring in deep technical expertise in driving the organisations Compensation and Rewards strategy and philosophy. - To implement compensation and benefit programs in the organization such that they meet the objectives for internal and external market competitiveness - To provide insights and advice about compensation and benefits budgeting to internal stakeholders. - To determine ramp up plans and benchmark external market data to develop salary budgets and rewards programs - Create and maintain employee friendly and legally compliant compensation structure - Design and implement performance linked incentive programs. - Drives continuous improvement in Reward policies, employee benefits - practice and procedure while monitoring and responding to external best practices. - Responsible to design, review, amend HR policies in line with organizational philosophy, relevant Laws of the land as well as market practices. - Provide strategic guidance to HR Operations to ensure compliance to process related employee life cycle events, payroll and statutory compliance Must have technical / professional qualification : - Between 8to12 years' overall experience with at least 5 years continuous experience in C&B - Prior experience in managing end-to-end Performance Management Process - Knowledge of Statutory and Labor Laws - Exposure to designing and drafting policies
