
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing increment simulations for increment budget approvals, variable payouts, ESOPs allocation.
2. Managing annual & mid-year appraisal process for multiple countries - budget allocation, closure of final budget modelling.
3. Monitoring LTIP policy (ESOPs), monitoring overall pool status, new joiner allocation & performance allocation. Handling one-time events like Primary & Secondary buy-backs, implementation of compensation related tools.
4. Handling compensation tool - for modelling, letter generation & other related tasks.
5. Conducting regular market research salary surveys, and benchmarking studies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
6. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including employee insurance, leaves, loyalty, retirement, car lease and others. Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize benefits offerings.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and communicate benefits programs effectively to employees.
8. Working with HR Ops team to ensure timely execution - increment letter release, communication to employees etc.
Desired Profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources from Tier 1 campus.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in total rewards management, compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, HRMS, HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms).
