Role Description:

- This is a full-time hybrid role for a C&B Lead (Compensation & Benefits).

- The C&B Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation and benefits programs.

- They will conduct market research, analyze competitive compensation practices, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- The C&B Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

- This role combines remote work with some on-site duties.

- Administer Employee Benefits and Provide monthly inputs for Payroll processing.

- Play critical role in Designing and Developing C&B Policies.

- Implement Comp & Ben processes which support and align with the business's needs and strategy.

- Conduct C&B audits and implement necessary controls to fix the gaps.

- Handle C&B processes like Salary Planning, Bonus Planning, New Benefits introduction.

Qualifications:

- Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.

- Strong analytical and market research skills.

- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.

- Certification in Compensation or Benefits (e., CCP, CBP) is advantageous.
