Description:
- A seasoned commercial real estate professional with 12 to 14 years of experience in enterprise sales, workspace transactions, and multi-city portfolio management.
- Demand Strategy & Growth: National demand planning, enterprise outreach, forecasting.
- Sales Leadership: Regional team management, KPI-driven governance, pricing strategy.
- Channel Development: Broker networks, CRE intermediaries, institutional partnerships.
- Enterprise Relationship Management: Negotiation, portfolio yield optimization, retention.
- Market Intelligence: Competitive analysis, CRM-driven forecasting, GTM refinement.
Experience:
- Head of Sales / Demand / Transactions at leading CRE or Flex Workspace firms.
- Roles in International Property Consultants (IPCs) or Managed Office Providers.
- Demonstrated success in multi-city enterprise deal closures and channel leverage.
Education:
- MBA or equivalent in Business / Real Estate / Marketing.
- Certifications in Commercial Real Estate or Corporate Leasing (preferred).
