Role: MFI Collections Strategy Lead Unsecured Products

Location: Mumbai

- Develop and optimize collections strategies across unsecured products to improve recovery rates and reduce NPAs.

- Collaborate with BI and analytics teams to enhance data-driven collection models and performance dashboards.

- Drive digital communication initiatives (SMS, email, IVR) for effective customer engagement.

- Monitor and improve vendor performance, incentive structures, and regulatory compliance (RBI/NBFC norms).

- Identify process improvement opportunities using technology and analytics to boost collection efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

- 10 to 15 years experience in secured/unsecured/MFI collections strategy within NBFCs.

- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, MIS, and RBI compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with large data sets and performance tracking.
