Key Deliverables of the Role
The member will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for the assigned portfolio. This includes:
- Leading deep consumer insighting to uncover unmet needs, behavioural triggers, and whitespace opportunities.
- Defining and refining positioning, packaging, and pricing through iterative testing and market feedback.
- Developing and owning end-to-end digital marketing strategies across performance, content, and social channels to drive trials and conversions.
- Driving sharp go-to-market plans for new product launches with strong digital-first narratives.
- Tracking and optimizing conversion funnels using real-time analytics and A/B testing.
- Setting up key metric dashboards to track CAC, LTV, RoAS, and retention.
- Integrating voice-of-customer learnings into ongoing marketing and product evolution.
- Crafting a compelling, authentic brand narrative rooted in purpose and relevance to the target audience.
- Driving cross-functional alignment on brand strategy, positioning, and customer promises.
