We are hiring a Lead - Client Solutions to drive strategic business growth for workplace design & build projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and partnering closely with internal teams to deliver high-impact workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts in the region to acquire new clients and expand market presence
- Work closely with design, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver integrated workplace solutions
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecast business
- Identify high-potential opportunities through research, networking & market insights
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, strategy, pitch, proposal, and closure
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers in corporate real estate & workplace domains
- Contribute to the creation of sales materials, proposals & presentations
- Uphold a collaborative, transparent, and team-oriented work culture
Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B BD for workplace design, interiors, architecture, or related fields
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Strong network in the corporate interiors/workplace ecosystem
- Experience handling 50,000+ sq. ft workplace projects (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical & problem-solving capability
- High learning agility, persistence, and customer-centric mindset
