Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Opportunity Identification:
- Drive end-to-end business development initiatives from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify potential business opportunities in targeted industry segments through research, networking, and market intelligence.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects using Salesforce CRM and maintain structured follow-up mechanisms.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with senior corporate decision-makers, real estate heads, procurement leaders, and facility management teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular engagement meetings to understand client challenges, requirements, and future business plans.
Solution Design & Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, operations, finance, and delivery to create customized, end-to-end client solutions.
- Develop business proposals, presentations, and financial models that align with client objectives and internal profitability goals.
- Translate client requirements into actionable project briefs that guide solution execution and implementation.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement:
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification and proposal submission to negotiation and contract closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and revenue tracking using Salesforce CRM.
Market Insights & Strategy:
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify emerging opportunities.
- Contribute insights to the leadership team on pricing strategies, new service lines, and client engagement approaches.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or client solutions, preferably in interiors, real estate, IT, or corporate services.
- Strong and established client network, with demonstrated ability to connect and engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities to deliver client-centric, value-driven solutions.
- Process-oriented approach with a focus on data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Highly target-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced business environments.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes through influence rather than authority.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 35 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or client solutions within B2B environments.
- Prior exposure to design & build, workspace transformation, or corporate real estate solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
