This critical role focuses on understanding client needs, managing staffing solutions, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts, particularly within the mechanical engineering domain. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Client Engagement: - Analyze and understand client requirements in the mechanical engineering sector, engaging closely to tailor staffing solutions that meet their specific needs. - Lead the internal recruitment team and external vendors, ensuring clarity and alignment on client requirements, especially in conflicting scenarios. - Collaborate with account managers for accurate demand projection and effective bench building strategies. Client Satisfaction: Establish and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, enhancing their satisfaction and positioning in the value ladder through strategic initiatives and exceptional service.
