Team Leadership & Management:

- Supervise and mentor a team of claims specialists, ensuring they are efficient and productive.

Claims Processing:

- Oversee the day-to-day handling of new and ongoing claims, ensuring they are processed accurately and within established timelines

Policy Interpretation & Compliance:

- Analyze claims to determine if they meet policy conditions and company guidelines, ensuring fair and compliant claim settlements.

Customer Support:

- Provide guidance and support to policyholders and claimants, answering questions and assisting them through the claims process

Quality Assurance:

- Monitor claims to ensure adherence to quality standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary and maintaining accurate reporting

Fraud Detection:

- Investigate potentially fraudulent claims and work with other professionals to mitigate financial losses for the company.

Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for improvement within the claims department and contribute to strategies that enhance efficiency and client value
