What You'll Do:
- Drive and manage Channel Partner (CP) initiatives to strengthen Truva's market presence.
- Design and implement effective partner policies, engagement campaigns, and incentive programs to maximize performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to enhance process efficiency, partner experience, and lead quality.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and market trends to continuously refine the program.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in building and leading Channel Partner programs in the real estate sector, especially with builders or IPCs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
