Lead - CDMM & Pricing - Forging & Gear Components - Auto

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

1. Vendor Management & Price Settlement:

- Development and commercial strong competency of Forging & Gear components.

- Technically sound in Forging & Gear manufacturing processes - New projects Tooling/Capex estimation.

- Capacity evaluation of suppliers - Floating RFQ, technical synthesis closures, DVP closures with suppliers/R&D.

- Should have good knowledge & hold of vendor database.

2. Quality Improvement:

- Capable enough to coordinate with the supplier and QA team for quality improvement.

- Monitor Supplier performance to access ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

- Co-ordination with NPD quality team for sample/APQP/PPAP closures.

- Quality & Process Assessment for new Suppliers.
