We are hiring for a leading Indian apparel & lifestyle group for a senior Lead - Category Sourcing role, focused on the Men's Wear category across Casual & Formal Wear.

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience across Men's Wear - Casual & Formal categories

- Strong core garment/apparel sourcing expertise

- End-to-end ownership of vendor development, sampling, costing, negotiation and production

- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, factories, trims and product quality

- Proven experience in vendor management, capacity planning and delivery

- Ability to drive cost efficiencies and build a strong vendor ecosystem

- Experience in leading and managing sourcing teams

- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product, Merchandising and Production teams

Ideal Profile:

Senior professionals currently working with in-house branded apparel/retail companies, with strong hands-on experience in Men's Wear sourcing across both Casual & Formal categories and proven team leadership experience.
