Lead - Category Sourcing (SJT):

We are hiring for a leading Indian apparel & lifestyle group for a senior Lead - Category Sourcing role, focused on Shirts, Jackets & Trousers (SJT).

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience across Shirts, Jackets & Trousers

- Strong garment/apparel sourcing expertise

- End-to-end ownership of vendor development, sampling, costing, negotiation & production

- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing, factories, trims & product quality

- Experience in vendor management, capacity planning & OTIF delivery

- Ability to drive cost efficiencies and build a strong vendor ecosystem

- Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Ideal Profile:

Senior professionals currently working with in-house branded apparel/retail companies, with strong hands-on garment sourcing experience.

Not suitable:

- Import/Export Houses

- Buying Houses

- Consulting Firms

- Sourcing Agencies or third-party service providers
