Role Overview
This role provides pivotal leadership to build long-term transformation capability within the Company. You will evolve the Accelerate Office into an institutional engine that consistently delivers revenue growth and EBITDA expansion while embedding structural shifts, innovation, and customer-centricity across Energy Solutions, Mobility, Retail, and Industrial/Manufacturing business pillars ensuring transformation initiatives sustain and scale beyond external support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Company Accelerate Office as a permanent capability
- Drive 30 - 40 Cr+ recurring annual EBITDA impact through enhanced cost discipline, revenue initiatives, and structural improvements (e.g., proprietary COGS optimization, renewable energy integration).
- Establish the Accelerate Office as a long-term transformation and performance engine.
Build long-term transformation sustainability:
- Institutionalize processes, tools, and frameworks for continuous value creation.
- Ensure capability transfer, knowledge retention, and self-reliant governance across business units.
- Develop internal transformation leaders and embed best practices across functions.
Strengthen forensic governance:
- Enhance monthly SteerCo cadence and value tracking dashboards.
- Align BU incentives with transformation outcomes for sustained P&L impact.
- Ensure transparent performance reviews and data-driven decision-making.
Align transformation with strategic roadmap:
- Ensure initiatives support the Companys three-phase growth journey:
- Accelerate Core Build Muscle Expand Horizons.
- Support portfolio shifts and strategic priorities across all business segments.
Drive enterprise-wide cultural embedding:
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement programs such as Six Sigma training, hackathons with academia, and best-project competitions.
- Foster ownership, accountability, and a performance-driven culture across all levels of the organization.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10- 15 years of experience, including 5 - 7 years in Tier-1 consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) leading large-scale enterprise transformations in industrial, automotive, or energy sectors.
- Proven expertise in building internal transformation capabilities post consulting engagements, with delivery of 50 Cr+ sustained EBITDA improvement in diversified organizations.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to institutionalize change, enable knowledge transfer, and build self-sustaining transformation offices.
- Advanced skills in structured problem-solving, change management, innovation frameworks, and cross-functional stakeholder influence within manufacturing-led organizations.
- Deep understanding of industrial and manufacturing sectors, including key profit drivers and operational levers.
