Lead - Business Transformation

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end transformation programs across business units

- Identify and drive process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency gains

- Develop and execute transformation roadmap aligned with business strategy

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, technology)

- Drive digital transformation initiatives (automation, analytics, AI use cases)

- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms

- Ensure timely delivery of programs with measurable business impact

Education & Experience

- 8+ years of experience

- BE / B.Tech
