Lead - Business Planning & Strategy

- We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Business Planning & Strategy Lead to drive the development of comprehensive business plans and investor-ready materials.

- You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product into a scalable venture by translating market insights, financial data, and operational strategies into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive business plan (Word/PDF) covering market size, competitor positioning, detailed costing and budgeting, revenue modeling, and a 90-day functional roadmap.

- Deliver accurate and flexible financial projections in an editable Excel model with adjustable assumptions.

- Create investor-ready presentations summarizing the business plan and growth strategy.

- Define clear operational strategies with actionable steps, timelines, KPIs, and milestone targets.

- Integrate existing market research, internal data, and cost structures into cohesive and insightful plans.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in startup planning, functional roadmaps, and financial modeling.

- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for both internal and investor audiences.

- Experience delivering high-quality, investor-focused documents and decks.
