Lead - Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified CA with strong Business Finance and FP&A experience to partner with business leaders in driving financial performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, pricing, costing, MIS reporting, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.

- Support pricing decisions, deal evaluations, and profitability analysis.

- Drive costing, margin management, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Business leaders to improve financial performance.

- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.

- Drive process improvements and reporting automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- MBA with 10-15 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.

- Strong expertise in:

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

2. Pricing & Commercial Finance

3. Costing & Profitability Analysis

4. MIS & Management Reporting

5. Business Partnering

6. Financial Modeling

- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI/Tableau preferred.

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
