Head - Business Finance & FP&A (with Controllership)

Role Summary:

Lead business finance and FP&A for a high-growth organization, driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics. Also oversee controllership, statutory compliance, and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities (80% FP&A + Business Finance):

- Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning

- Build strong MIS, dashboards, and business performance reporting

- Partner with business leaders on pricing, margins, cost optimization, and growth plans

- Track key KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions

- Support fundraising, investor reporting, and board-level finance requirements

Key Responsibilities (20% Controllership + Compliance):

- Ensure strong financial controls, audit readiness, and governance

- Oversee accounting closure, statutory compliances, and filings

- Manage coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 6-12 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A (startup or high-growth preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and commercial mindset

- Hands-on with systems, reporting, and financial discipline
