Lead Business Finance

We are looking for a Lead Business Finance to partner with business leaders and drive financial planning, performance management, reporting, and strategic decision-making for a fast-growing global mid-size organization.

Please note: Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in Consulting, Analytics, Professional Services, Research, or other knowledge-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

- Develop financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and business insights.

- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, hiring plans, and growth decisions.

- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations.

- Drive monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reviews.

- Monitor profitability, utilization, cost drivers, and working capital.

- Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance processes.

- Support process improvement and financial system enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA (Finance) / CA / equivalent qualification.

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering roles.

- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering.

- Experience working with Consulting, Analytics, Professional Services, Research, or similar knowledge-driven businesses is highly preferred.

- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
