Lead - Business Finance & MIS - Manufacturing

Job Description:

- The Lead Business Finance & MIS will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, overseeing the financial health and operational reporting frameworks of the organization. This role involves translating complex financial data into actionable business intelligence to guide decision-making and optimize commercial performance.

- To act as the principal finance partner to the business leadership team and drive profitable, cash-accretive growth across wires, cables and allied product verticals.

- The role will combine robust MIS with hands-on business finance, converting commercial and operational data into actions on price, volume, mix, cost, capacity, working capital and investment.

- The incumbent will provide independent financial challenge, improve performance visibility and establish a scalable Business Finance organisation as the business grows.
