Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial leader to join us as Business Expansion & Strategy Lead. You will be responsible for identifying and scaling new growth opportunities - this could mean launching our platform in new international markets, building a new revenue vertical, or setting up operations in a new category. This is a high-ownership role involving cross-functional coordination, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: - Market & Business Launches: Lead the launch and growth of our product in new geographies or verticals - including feasibility analysis, strategy, and execution. - Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to craft and execute performance-driven campaigns tailored to new audiences. - Partner & Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage external partners or local agencies for smooth operations and expansion. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Liaise with tech, design, compliance, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and market readiness. - Performance Ownership: Own business KPIs - revenue, CAC, user growth, supply retention, and overall unit economics.
